A family-inspired colorway rooted in heritage, resilience, and legacy.
The Concrete Rose Project – Legacy Edition carries
deep personal and cultural meaning.
Inspired in part by my nephew, who continued asking for this exact
colorway, the design brings together black, red, and green in honor
of African identity, heritage, resilience, and legacy.
The raised red puff fist symbolizes strength, courage, and the power
to endure. The green stem represents continual growth through
adversity and the beauty that can rise from hard ground.
Built around the question,
“What makes you a Concrete Rose?”,
this piece invites every wearer to reflect on their own story and
become part of The Concrete Garden.
Every rose has a story. The Legacy Edition honors where we come from
and what we continue to become.
Black represents identity, strength, and the foundation of
heritage.
Red represents courage, sacrifice, passion, and the power to rise
through pressure.
Green represents growth, renewal, and the ability to continue
blooming through adversity.
Together, these colors create a wearable expression of family,
culture, resilience, and legacy.
This piece is more than apparel. It is an invitation to become
part of The Concrete Garden, a growing community
centered on real stories, culture, resilience, and legacy.
Every wearer is encouraged to consider the question:
What makes you a Concrete Rose?
Because some stories deserve more than a place in history. They
deserve to be carried forward.
