Return & Refund policy

Our return & refund policy grace period is seven (7) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date stated on your shipping tracking number. If seven (7)  calendar days has lapsed since your shipping carrier confirmed delivery date, a refund will not be issued. Refunds will not be issued for customer order errors including but not limited to size, color and shipping. To be eligible for a refund or return, customer must:

A.) Email info@getarchiveauthentics.com within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date on your tracking number. Tracking number and the transaction number listed on your order receipt must be referenced in the email for record keeping purposes. For claims of damaged items, a clear visible picture must 

B.) The item(s) of subject must be unused/unworn with tags and in the exact condition as in the original packaging shipped from our location/facility. For claims of damaged items, a clear visible picture must be emailed to info@getarchiveauthentics.com. GET ARCHIVE AUTHENTICS at its sole discretion retains the right to classify, determine, deem and/or label item(s) of subject as unused, unworn, damaged (not of our own error) and/or not in its original condition and/or packaging. If there is a material or printing defect we will offer an exchange of the same item(s) of subject or equal value at no additional cost to the customer.
