Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made through GetArchiveAuthentics.com.

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All approved returns must be sent directly to Archive Authentics.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, including food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for the following items, when applicable:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
• Items that are not in their original condition or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by Archive Authentics
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider. Refunds may take time to officially post.
3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale, discounted, clearance, and final-sale items are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange for the same item, please email bangghz@gmail.com before mailing your return.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the gift recipient, the recipient may receive store credit for the value of the approved return. Once the returned item is received, instructions for receiving the store credit will be provided.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

Approved returns should be mailed to:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return shipping label is provided and its cost is not covered by Archive Authentics, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location and product availability.

For items valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Archive Authentics is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
